Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your ClerStock account and all associated personal data at any time. We honour deletion requests whether you signed up with email and password, Google, or Facebook.
From the app
Sign in to ClerStock and open Settings → Account, then choose Delete account. Confirming will remove your profile, business, and inventory data from our systems.
By email
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your ClerStock account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your ClerStock account (email, name, avatar, hashed password).
- Workspaces, stores, and inventory data you own.
- Session records and authentication tokens linking you to Google or Facebook.
Limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, to meet tax or accounting obligations). Anonymised operational logs may also be retained for security monitoring.
Revoking social sign-in
If you signed up with Google or Facebook, you can additionally revoke ClerStock's access from your provider's account settings:
- Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
- Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
